In an unlikely event, if the RDS hosting provider servers are hacked, RDS does not guarantee that the users data, files, users names, users email addresses, users phone numbers, users website addresses, users companies, any form information, or any search engine history will be private when filling out any of the forms on the RDS website including "Contact Message Forms", "Subscription Forms",  "Review Forms", and "Request Forms".

RDS does not guarantee that the users data, files, users names, users email addresses, users phone numbers, users website addresses, users companies, or any form information will be private when filling out any of the “Google Forms” or “Get Site Control” extensions on the RDS website. RDS does not guarantee when a user uploads files to "Google Drive" trough "Google Forms" will be private.
4. RDS does not guarantee that the users search results will be accurate when using the search engine.
5. RDS does not guarantee that the "Free Quotes" estimated cost will be accurate when a user makes a request for a service. RDS tries to make estimated costs as accurate as possible.

In an unlikely event, RDS shall not be liable for the users damages of privacy if hacked on the RDS hosting provider servers including data, files, users names, user email addresses, users phone numbers, users website addresses, users companies, any form information, or any search engine history. RDS shall not be liable for any computer damages or performance due to stored information generated from the RDS website, including cookies, on the users computer.

When a user fills out any "Google Forms" or "Google Reviews", RDS shall not be liable for the users damages of privacy including data, files, users names, users email addresses, users phone numbers, users website addresses, users companies, any form information, or any search engine history. RDS shall not be liable for damages or lose of files when a user uploads files to "Google Drive" trough "Google Forms". RDS shall not be liable or any computer damages or performance due to stored information generated from "Google Forms" on the RDS website, including cookies, on the users computer that may or may not affect the users computer.

2. According to contracts between RDS and former clients, RDS displays or lists past clients projects as examples. RDS is not affiliated with any businesses, companies, or corporations, listed or displayed on the RDS website.
